In this category, you'll find Intel Core (14th Gen) workstations based on the Intel 1700 socket with the Z790 and B760 chipsets. The latest Intel Core processors feature up to 24 cores / 32 threads and support for up to 128GB of the latest DDR5 memory. Thanks to Intel Turbo Boost Technology, these processors achieve a maximum clock speed of 5.9 GHz. This makes these systems the perfect foundation for general-purpose workstations and the best entry point into professional applications that benefit from the highest possible performance per core and clock speed. These applications include image editing programs such as Adobe® Photoshop and Lightroom, CAD applications such as Autodesk® AutoCAD, Autodesk® Inventor, and SolidWorks, 3D applications such as Autodesk™ Maya, Maxon™, and Cinema4D, as well as VR workflows. 

 

Professional NVIDIA Quadro and GeForce graphics cards for optimal display and maximum performance

 

For these systems, you can choose from the latest graphics card models in the NVIDIA GeForce and Professional series, or alternatively, graphics cards from AMD’s Radeon Pro series. Thanks to the 20 available PCI Express lanes, multiple graphics cards can be easily installed in a single system. We pre-configure our Intel Core workstations for you with up to several of the latest GeForce (e.g., NVIDIA RTX 5080, RTX 5090) and Professional graphics cards (e.g., NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell) to guarantee you maximum performance across all applications.

 

SSD storage for lightning-fast loading and response times for operating systems and applications

 

Enormous data throughput is ensured by the fastest NVMe SSDs in the M.2 form factor, which can also be configured in a RAID array upon request. High-end hard drives designed for 24/7 continuous operation are used for storing large amounts of data. Quiet cooling and high-quality chassis construction are, of course, also guaranteed, as we use renowned manufacturers such as be quiet!, Corsair, Fractal Design, and Thermaltake.

Technical Highlights

 

Intel Turbo Boost Technology 3.0: The Intel Turbo Boost Max Technology 3.0 of the Intel Core processor increases processing performance for CPU-intensive applications. Critical workloads are shifted to the processor’s fastest cores to reduce processing time.

Intel Thermal Velocity Boost: Intel Thermal Velocity Boost opportunistically and automatically increases clock speeds beyond the maximum Turbo Boost clock speeds when the processor is not yet operating at maximum temperature and under heavy load. The frequency increase and its duration depend on the load, processor functionality, and cooling solution.

Overclocking of processor cores and memory: Processors without a multiplier lock, when used in conjunction with a Z890 chipset, allow processor cores, graphics, and memory to operate at a higher clock frequency than specified, thereby increasing performance.

Intel Hyper-Threading Technology: This technology enables two threads per core. This can boost the processor’s processing power, as thread-optimized software can handle multiple tasks in parallel.

Intel Smart Cache: Here, up to 36MB of the shared cache is dynamically allocated to each processor core depending on the load. This reduces latency and boosts performance.

Intel UHD Graphics: Intel’s integrated graphics unit enables 4K video playback. Photos are also rendered in exquisite detail, allowing for optimal editing.

Intel Power Optimizer and Processor C-States: Intel’s Power Optimizer extends the periods during which the processor, chipset, and other components are in sleep mode to reduce power consumption. Processor C-States ensure low power consumption during idle periods.

Intel Virtualization Technology (Intel VT): Enables a single hardware platform to perform the functions of multiple “virtual” system platforms. Independent applications or processes are isolated in their own system partitions, reducing downtime and improving productivity and manageability.
