The products we sell may contain batteries or rechargeable batteries. Please dispose of used batteries or rechargeable batteries at an official collection point or local retailer in accordance with legal regulations. Disposal is free of charge for you at these locations. Disposal via regular household waste is prohibited. Alternatively, you can drop off the products at our showroom in Forstinning.

Batteries and rechargeable batteries containing hazardous substances are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out trash can. Below the crossed-out trash can symbol, you will find the chemical names of the relevant hazardous substances, including lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), or mercury (Hg). Further information can be found in the accompanying documentation for the products sold or on the websites of the respective manufacturers. Detailed information on the Battery Ordinance is available from the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, and Nuclear Safety.

Information on the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG)

Discarded electrical and electronic equipment may contain hazardous substances and therefore do not belong in household waste. For this reason, all such products have been marked with the symbol of a crossed-out trash can since 2005. In accordance with legal regulations, consumers are obligated to dispose of these devices properly. Please inform yourself about the options for free drop-off at public collection and return points. If the products contain batteries, rechargeable batteries, or lamps, these must be removed before disposal and disposed of separately, provided that removal is possible without destructive intervention.

Upon request, returns can also be made to us. If you wish to return items by mail, please contact us using the options listed on the contact page. Alternatively, we also accept returns free of charge at our showroom in Forstinning or at Neumarkter Straße 34 in Munich.

Please note that you are responsible for deleting sensitive data from the old devices to be disposed of.

We are registered as a manufacturer of electrical and/or electronic equipment with the Stiftung Elektro-Altgeräte Register (EAR), Nordostpark 72, 90411 Nuremberg, under registration number DE 82912071.
