| What happens if I can’t be home on the day of delivery? | With DPD Predict or DHL tracking, our logistics partners offer you many options to ensure your shipment actually reaches you.

| Can I pick up my order directly on-site? | Yes, by prior arrangement via phone or email, you can collect your order from our location in 81673 Munich (Neumarkter Str. 34). In this case, no additional fees apply, and shipping costs are waived. Cash payment on site at the time of collection is also possible. |
| When will my order be shipped? | All orders are processed only after payment has been received or, in the case of cash on delivery, instant transfer, or credit card payment, after the order has been confirmed. Our computer specialists then begin the custom assembly of your PC system.
Delivery times vary depending on the product type and are specified in the respective product description. Particularly complex PC systems may require slightly longer delivery times, this is especially true for high-end systems with full custom water cooling.
The stated delivery times apply to shipments within Germany. The same delivery times generally apply to shipments to Austria. For deliveries to Switzerland, approximately two additional days must be added due to customs processing. Shipping to other EU countries typically takes around two additional days.
If you order multiple items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one consignment (unless otherwise agreed). In this case, the longest stated delivery time of all ordered items will apply to the entire shipment.
The delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank in the case of prepayment, or, for other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the final day of the delivery period. |
| How do you ensure that my PC won't get damaged during shipping? | All PCs and notebooks are securely packaged in a specially designed system packaging. MIFCOM’s shipping solution goes beyond the original case packaging and includes a large outer box with reinforced walls. Between the case box and the outer packaging, a protective layer of air cushioning is placed on all sides. In addition, the interior of the PC is secured with a special foam insert to stabilize heavy components such as the CPU cooler and graphics card. This ensures that your new PC system arrives safely and undamaged. |
| How are extremely large and heavy high-end systems shipped? | PC systems with highly complex builds are often very heavy and therefore require careful handling. For this reason, they are shipped via a freight carrier (Aschertl) on a pallet, ensuring maximum safety.
