Credit Card

You can conveniently pay with your Visa or Mastercard credit card.

3D Secure – For your own security and to prevent fraud, we use the 3D Secure process. During checkout, you will be redirected to your credit card issuer’s page, where you will be asked to enter your online SecureCode or password for the credit card. If you have not yet requested a SecureCode for online orders, please contact the credit card issuer that issued your card.

Financing with Consors Finanz (Up to 24 months at 0% for private customers in Germany)

Pay quickly and easily in small monthly installments. Simply select your items, proceed to checkout, and pay for your order using the "Financing" payment method. For terms up to 24 months, the effective annual interest rate is 0%. Financing is available exclusively to customers residing in Germany.

Financing process:

Add your product to the shopping cart and select "Consors Finanz" under "Payment & Shipping."

After clicking "Continue to Overview" and confirming your purchase, you will be redirected to the Consors Finanz financing module.

Fill out all required fields on the financing application.

Now complete the necessary steps, such as identity verification, and submit the required documents.

Once your application has been approved, your financing is already in place.
Your product will now be shipped to you promptly as usual.

easyCredit

Pay easily in convenient monthly installments with easyCredit installment purchase. No proof of income, no paperwork – easyCredit installment purchase is the easiest installment purchase in Germany.

Here’s how easy it is to use easyCredit Installment Purchase

Add your product to the shopping cart and select the "easyCredit Installment Plan" option under "Payment & Shipping."

After clicking "Continue to Overview," you’ll be taken to the easyCredit installment plan module.

Select your desired payment plan here, review the calculation, and confirm by clicking "Enter Personal Information."

Then fill in a few personal details and find out immediately after clicking "Check installment request" whether your application has been approved.

Now accept this installment plan by clicking "Accept installment plan" and confirm your purchase by clicking "Buy now." Your product will then be shipped to you promptly as usual.

Zaver - Purchase on account

With Zaver, you can shop on account with total peace of mind! The Swedish company (also licensed in Germany) specializes in large amounts up to €100,000 perfect for high-value purchases. Among other things, Zaver offers you the option of a “pay later” feature and a monthly bill if you simply want an overview at the end of each month.

Prepayment / Bank Transfer

After placing your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing a list of the products ordered, the amount due, your shipping and billing addresses, the assigned order number, our bank details, and the payment reference. Please transfer the amount to the specified account. 

Please be sure to use only this exact payment reference (12 digits with 2 dots); otherwise, there may be delays in processing your order. Once the transfer has been posted, which usually takes place within two business days, the goods will be released for production.

Payment processing is handled by our payment provider, Unzer E-Com GmbH.

 

Cash on Delivery (Available only in Germany for orders up to €2,500)

Payment by cash on delivery is secure and convenient, and is probably the simplest and most popular payment option if you have concerns about transferring the money in advance. With this method, you pay directly to the delivery service employee upon delivery of the goods. Please note that cash on delivery payments can only be made in cash. This means you must have the payment amount ready in cash in advance, preferably in exact change. The additional cost for a cash on delivery payment is a one-time fee of €9.90, which will be added to the total amount of your order.

Important: Cash-on-delivery shipping is only available for orders up to €2,500. Additionally, for complex water-cooled systems shipped via freight carrier, cash-on-delivery is unfortunately not available under any circumstances.

Payment upon pickup

You are also welcome to pick up your order in person and pay in cash or by card. There are no additional costs for this. When placing your order, please select 'Pickup' as the shipping method and 'Payment upon pickup' as the payment method. Please note that pickups are only possible after the specified processing time has elapsed and following confirmation from us. 

We will contact you immediately as soon as the items are ready for pickup. Since we primarily operate as a mail-order business and do not have a large cash register on site, we ask that you bring the exact amount if you wish to pay in cash. Alternatively, payment by credit or debit card (with PIN) is also possible.

Payment by invoice

Government agencies, public or state institutions, universities, institutes, and schools generally have the option to pay by invoice. 

To do so, we require a written order on letterhead signed by the responsible person, sent by fax to 089-66077989-10 or by mail to our company address.

Business customers also have the option to pay by invoice. This requires a positive credit check through our credit insurer, Euler Hermes. Please contact us before placing your order!
 

Leasing

We offer our business customers attractive leasing terms, including 0% financing. Contact us!

Deliveries to Switzerland and within the EU

We ship to Switzerland with the 8.1% Swiss VAT included in the gross price. Please create a Swiss customer account; prices in our online shop will then display the Swiss VAT, which will also be applied during the checkout process. This means no VAT is due upon receipt of the delivery, so as a Swiss customer, you can order from us just as if you were ordering from within Switzerland.

Please note that if you provide a Swiss billing address but a delivery address within Germany or the EU, or if you opt for self-pickup, delivery cannot be made with 8.1% VAT; in that case, you will pay the standard gross price including German VAT.

Intra-Community Delivery: Business customers from other EU countries who have a valid VAT ID are generally billed at net prices. Please create a customer account and enter your VAT ID number. This will be immediately verified for accuracy, and your customer account will be set up accordingly. Afterward, net prices will appear in our online shop and will be applied during the ordering process.
