Ordering a PC online is common practice these days. When ordering a PC online, you can save a lot of money and choose, or even build yourself, a PC system that best meets your needs. With the help of a PC configurator, which many online PC stores offer, you can also customize your dream computer down to the smallest detail. By eliminating the need for a physical store, an online PC shop can save a significant portion of the costs compared to the "local retailer," which benefits the customer when ordering a PC online. Ordering a PC – What is the delivery time?

To offer competitive prices and the highest level of customization, our PC systems are manufactured and thoroughly tested only after you place your order. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that we cannot provide an exact delivery time. For more detailed information on shipping times and methods, please refer to the Shipping information page.

Data security is a top priority when ordering a PC

When you order a PC, your personal data, for example during registration or the ordering process, is transmitted over the internet using 256-bit SSL encryption. We protect our website and other systems through technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of your data by unauthorized persons.

Access to your customer account is only possible after entering your personal password. You should always treat your login credentials as confidential and close your browser window after completing your communication with us, especially if you share the computer with others.

SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is a security technology that ensures your personal data, login credentials, and all relevant information you provide when ordering a PC are securely transferred over the Internet. The data is encrypted so that only we can read it.

Data relevant to your order when you order a PC

1. Add items to the shopping cart – order a PC with just a click

The shopping cart feature is available even without registration and is completely non-binding. Adding a product to the shopping cart does not automatically place an order; the shopping cart merely provides a preliminary overview. You can add or remove products at any time before completing your order.

To order a PC, you must first add it to the shopping cart. If you wish to order PC systems, first click the "Configure + Order" button on the product detail page and then the "Add to Cart" button in the configuration overview.

If you have already logged in to the online store, you can proceed directly to checkout from the shopping cart by clicking the "Checkout" button. Otherwise, you will first be directed to the login & registration page (see point 2).

2. Log in to the online store or create a new account

To order a PC or PC systems from our online store, you must first create a customer or guest account. To do so, please follow the links and instructions on the "My Account / Customer Login & Registration" page. Alternatively, you will be automatically redirected to the login and registration page as soon as you proceed to the virtual checkout with a product from your shopping cart.

Unfortunately, registration is not possible without a valid email address. However, you can also order a PC by phone via our order hotline: 089-660779890 (Mon–Fri 9 AM–5 PM), or order a PC by fax.

3. Virtual checkout

When you order a PC, you must select your preferred shipping and payment method at the virtual checkout and then confirm the order.

Shipping method: Here you can choose how the package should be shipped, or whether you would like to pick it up yourself. You can find more information about shipping here.

Payment method: Here you can choose how you would like to pay for your PC order. The available payment methods are prepayment, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, cash on delivery, cash payment, and financing. You can find more information about the available payment methods here.

Your saved primary address is automatically used as the shipping address. Using the "Change Data" button, you can either select a different address from your address book (for registered customers only) or manually change the shipping address.

If your billing address is not the same as your shipping address, you have the option to enter a different billing address.

Comments: In this field, you can enter a comment regarding your PC order, such as the desired size of the hard drive partitions or assembly instructions.

4. Confirm PC Order

Please review your information to avoid errors. You can then submit a binding offer to enter into a purchase agreement for the items in your shopping cart by clicking the "Order Now" button. By doing so, you are submitting a binding offer to enter into a purchase agreement.

You will then be automatically redirected to an order confirmation page or, if financing was selected as the payment method, to the online form of Commerz Finanz Bank.

5. Done! Thank you for your purchase!

Here you can print out the information you provided during the online ordering process. For your records, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email within the next hour.

On the order confirmation page, you will see a link to the Trusted Shops login.

If you selected financing as your payment method, a link to the bank’s online form will be displayed on the order confirmation page.

The automatic order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your offer to enter into a contract. It is provided solely for your information. The purchase contract is not concluded until we issue a separate order confirmation or ship the goods. Only then do we accept your offer to conclude a purchase contract, and the purchase contract is concluded. If you have not received an order confirmation from us within one business day after ordering your PC or other goods, please contact us. Please note that incoming PC orders can only be processed during our business hours!
