3-Year warranty including Pickup & Return Service for PC Systems:

We provide a 3-year warranty on the delivered PC starting from the date of delivery, including free pickup and return service in Germany, Austria, France, and Switzerland. If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period that significantly impair the PC’s functionality, we will pick up the defective PC or, in certain cases, only the defective component so that you can continue using the PC. This service is provided free of charge. We will repair or replace the PC and return it to you.

We also offer an optional paid warranty extension of up to 5 years for PC systems. Please contact us directly in the event of a warranty claim. Our Terms of Service apply in addition to this warranty.

Note: Your statutory warranty rights against us remain unaffected. If the purchased item is defective, you may contact us in any case, regardless of whether a warranty claim arises or whether the warranty is invoked.

We provide a 2-year warranty on the delivered server, starting from the date of delivery, including free pick-up and return service in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period that significantly impair the server’s functionality, we will pick up the defective server or, where appropriate, only the defective component so that you can continue using the server without interruption. This service is provided free of charge. We will repair or replace the server and return it to you.

Longer warranty periods can be offered upon request. Please request a non-binding quote from our sales managers.

If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period that significantly impair the notebook’s functionality, we will pick up the defective notebook or, where appropriate, only the defective component so that you can continue using the notebook without interruption. This service is provided free of charge. We will repair or replace the notebook and return it to you.

Optionally, we offer a paid warranty extension of up to 3 years for laptops.

0 Pixel Defect Guarantee for Laptops

We guarantee that you’ll receive your dream laptop without any dead pixels! Even if a dead pixel appears within the first 14 days after delivery, we’ll replace the device without any issues. For dead pixels that appear later, the statutory guidelines apply.

Lifetime Technical Support

Our promise: Our dedicated support team, consisting of highly qualified PC technicians, will be at your side even beyond the warranty period of your MIFCOM PC system or notebook and will assist you with all technical questions and issues throughout the entire lifespan of the product. Support regarding third-party software is excluded from this. Telephone support is provided exclusively in German and English.

Professional assembly

Not all PC assembly is created equal! True to this motto, every single PC system is handcrafted by us according to strict quality criteria.

After the components are professionally installed in compliance with ESD standards (protection against electrostatic discharge), the cables are routed and secured with particular care to ensure an attractive appearance, easy expandability, and optimal airflow within the system.

Safe System Shipping

Every PC system is shipped in elaborate double packaging and, if necessary, with special transport safeguards to minimize the risk of damage during shipping.

Testing Procedures

To guarantee the highest stability and reliability, all MIFCOM PC systems and notebooks undergo a comprehensive series of tests, ranging from server-based tests, burn-in stress tests, and benchmark tests to gaming tests with the latest 3D games. Individual system features, such as the functionality of the ports, are also thoroughly checked.

Quality Control

Quality control that borders on perfectionism, a matter of course for us. Every PC system and notebook passes through multiple inspection stations to ensure perfect quality down to the smallest detail.

We are happy to give our customers the opportunity to upgrade the PC systems they have purchased themselves, without affecting warranty or guarantee claims, provided, of course, that a defect is not clearly attributable to the upgrade. Upgrades must be performed cleanly and professionally.
