Our service form should be used for all types of returns. This significantly speeds up the processing of your request. However, in the case of a cancellation, the absence of a service form does not prevent you from exercising your right to cancel.

The form can be filled out directly in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Please print it out afterward and include it with your shipment.
